About our Family Business:
James and Heather Sear opened James Sear Estate Agents in May 1996, many years of experience in estate agency in the Epping area. The agency has out performed its competitors year after year and continues to sell more property than any of its rivals.
Andrew and Peter Sear helped to build the business in its early years and Sarah-Jayne Sear is now part of the full-time team after having worked in the office part-time for ten years. Lyn, who has lived in Epping all of her life, has also been with the company since opening and now has over twenty years experience in the property industry.
The Sear family has lived in the area for several generations and has a wealth of local knowledge, not just property. 'We are often approached with questions about the locality and its history and are always happy to help.'
