About our Family Business:
James and Heather Sear opened James Sear Estate Agents in May 1996, after gaining two decades of experience in estate agency in the Epping area.
Their sons, Andrew and Peter helped to build the business in its early years and their daughter, Sarah-Jayne has recently become part of the full-time team after having worked in the office part-time for ten years. Lyn, who has lived in Epping all of her life, has also been with us since opening and now has over twenty years experience in the property industry.
The Sear family have lived in the area all their lives and have a wealth of local knowledge. We are often approached with questions about the locality and its history and are always helpful where possible.
